Here’s a bit of coverart I created for my track Pink Route. When I created the song, I had this idea in my head of birds traveling away for the colder months…heading to warmer climates. Much what I would like to do with fall & winter approaching fast.

This has to be one of the greatest jazz albums of all time. Incredibly simple and gorgeous Blue Note artwork as usual. And it just sounds so damn good.
This is the soundtrack to the autumn season. Every year around this time it comes out, ready to be played once again. It just sort of sounds like cool mornings and falling leaves to me.

Oh these hideous 80’s headphones. That metal band. That cheap looking plastic. That thing that sort of goes over the top of your ear. Those “comfort zone” controls. I don’t know whether I should laugh at or embrace them.
But they sound incredible. Absolute workhorse, portable, cheap. I remember having a pair like fifteen years ago….and they looked and sounded...
